This notice explains how SYNTHARIAN LTD uses information supplied through the Syntharian website and business-enquiry route. It does not certify legal compliance or cover the separate services of websites you choose to visit through external links.
Who is responsible and how to contact us
SYNTHARIAN LTD, company number 17478497, is responsible for the commercial-intake information described here. Privacy questions and rights requests are handled by company leadership.

Information we collect
The enquiry form asks for the selected service, name, work email, organisation and a description of the problem. Role, desired outcome and timeline are optional. We also store source/campaign labels supplied with the enquiry, request state and timestamps. Business emails contain whatever you choose to send us.
Providing enquiry information is voluntary, but without the required contact and context fields we cannot handle the form request. Please do not submit passwords, credentials, private keys, payment-card data, sensitive personal information or production secrets.
Purposes and lawful bases
We use business-enquiry information to understand the request, assess service fit, arrange accountable human review and maintain the relevant correspondence. Our legitimate interests are responding to expected business enquiries, maintaining accurate operational records and protecting the service from misuse. We limit the initial information to what is needed for those purposes. Where an individual asks us to take steps towards a contract with them, we also use the information necessary for those requested steps on that basis. Legal obligations may require us to retain particular records.
The form does not enrol you in marketing. A submission is not consent to unrelated promotional contact.
Hosting, email and authorised access
The Railway-hosted intake uses a PostgreSQL database for request records. Business correspondence uses Google email. These service-provider categories may process information for hosting, storage, email delivery, security and support. Access to the request queue requires separate operator authorisation. We may also disclose information where required by law or to appropriately authorised professional advisers when necessary.
The current website deployment is configured in a US hosting region. Provider processing locations, contractual terms and applicable international-transfer safeguards are a remaining wider-launch review item; this notice does not assert that a particular transfer mechanism has been independently verified. Contact us for the current position before sending information requiring specific residency or contractual safeguards.
Retention
We determine retention by whether the enquiry remains active, whether information is needed for agreed work or relevant correspondence, and whether a justified legal, dispute-resolution or security need remains. Unnecessary duplicate or irrelevant information should not be retained. The pilot does not yet have a verified automated deletion schedule; no fixed automatic expiry is promised by this notice. You may ask us to review or erase your information using the contact route above, subject to applicable exceptions.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and the lawful basis, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information. These rights can be subject to legal conditions and exceptions. We may need proportionate information to confirm that a request relates to you.
Your right to object
You can object to our use of your information based on legitimate interests. Tell us which processing you object to and the relevant circumstances by emailing syntharianhq@gmail.com.

Human decisions and browser preferences
A stored request does not automatically accept work, promise a result, send a proposal, create a contract or activate a payment. A human owns those decisions. The website can store your functional motion preference in your browser. Incoming source/campaign labels may accompany a request; moving between services does not create a new advertising campaign.
Changes and launch boundary
We will review this notice when collection, purposes, hosting, sharing or retention practice changes. Provider-transfer verification and operational retention checks must be completed before claiming wider-launch privacy readiness.
